TY HAFAN MIDNIGHT WALK
4 May 2012: John supported the 800 ladies and girls who took part in the “Tiaras and Pyjamas” Midnight Sleep Walk which raised funds for one of his supported charities, Tŷ Hafan.
He helped to get the walkers warmed up, with quizzes and exercises, then launched the Sleep Walk by leading the group on a circuit of the Millennium Stadium before they set off on the 6-mile route around Cardiff.
